What are your delivery methods?

Delivery in France :

Standard delivery in 5 to 7 working days. The cost of delivery is 3.5€ and good news : delivery is free for orders over 130€ !

Delivery in Reunion Island :

Standard delivery in 12 to 14 working days. The cost of delivery is 3.5€ and good news : delivery is free for orders over 130€ !

International delivery : 

Delivery times are likely to be extended. For international deliveries, the recipient may have to pay customs fees depending on the country. 

The item I received does not suit me, how do I make a return?

You have 14 days to make a return. The item must be in its original condition, with the label and never worn. Please note that returns are at the customer's expense. 

Important note: 

No exchange or refund for all discounted products. 

How long does it take to process my return request?

Once the item is returned we will proceed to the refund within 10 working days from receipt of the return package.

Is it possible to exchange an item?

We don’t do standard exchange. The simplest way is to place a new order directly on our website.

How do I maintain my item?

On each product’s description we indicate the care instruction for your dress.

Where are your dresses made ?

All our creations are made in Bali. We attach great importance to the choice of our suppliers and their know-how.
