What's Partial.ly ?

On the site www.backcartel.com, the payment of the purchases is carried out with the order either by bank card, or by Paypal, or via our partner partial.ly for the orders over than 150€ euros where it is possible to pay in 3 or 4 times by bank card.

What is Partial.ly ?

Partial.ly is a payment plan software. You need to register on partial.ly so you can manually choose to pay in 3 or 4 times. The down payment is equal to 35% of your order with a 3% fees. 

My payment method was lost, stolen or cancelled. How can I add a new payment method?

To update the payment method, please log into your account and click the “Payment Methods” option on the menu at the top of the page and add a new payment method. Be sure to click ‘Use for all Payment Plans’ under Usage to make it the default card.

I want a refund, what should I do?

You will need to directly contact us regarding your plan. Only Back Cartel is authorized to cancel payment plans and process refunds.

How long until the refunds clear my bank account?

Refunds take approximately 5-10 business days to reach your bank account.
